Our work is guaranteed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the printed product that we provide based on our error in the printing of your products, we will upon the return of all unused product, refund the price of the unused products.
Our goal is to provide you with products that you need, at prices you expect within the printing and shipping time-frame that we publish. Rarely, errors in printing or shipping happen. When they do, our guarantee comes into play. If you don’t get the products you are paying for the way you expected them, then you should let us know as quickly so we can provide a possible refund. It is our hope that any issues you have will be resolved before issuing a refund—but the refund option is there for you.
If, at any time, the business relationship with us is not what you expected, that is, if this is not a Win/Win scenario, then you can cancel your order. Of course, we retain the right to bill you for all work completed prior to your notice of cancellation.
